Welcome to my first 4 tips from me note that I will share each week.
These notes will cover the topics: balanced mind, fit body, healthy diet, immune system.
Let’s get to it.
4 tips from me
I. Balanced mind
Stimulate your feel good hormone -oxytocin- by focusing on your breathing at the start of the day and before going to bed.
II. Fit body
Give 100% effort during every set (2 minimum and 5 maximum) of strength training by using a rep-range (e.g. 6-10 reps), tempo (e.g. 31X0 ) and fixed rest (120 sec.) between sets. Let’s say a back squat is your first exercise then your score will likely show 7-9-6 or 7-7-6
III. Healthy diet
Proper chewing is the best and cheapest way to stimulate your health and maintain good weight. This simple action produces enzymes that start to break down your food, resulting in better digestion and stronger teeth.
IV. Immune system
Keep your blood-brain barrier
